SCAN BEFORE YOU CUT, CORE DRILL, DEMO

Scanning  your work site can map out critical facts about your work area. We recommend you mitigate your risks before you do any cutting or core drilling beforehand. Just one post tension strike can cost in the thousands of dollars to repair. Keep your crew safe, your project on schedule by doing a concrete assessment with Ground Penetrating Radar.

CONCRETE ASSESSMENT

Determine location of post tension cables
Determining the thickness of a slab.
Determining the specific spacing of rebar in a concrete slab to determine if the project was build to specifications.
Determine the depth of rebar in a concrete structure of slab.
Determining if there are any voids or air gaps.
Detection of conduits embedded in concrete.

MONEY WELL SPENT

I have been a concrete cutting contractor for over 30 years and I can tell you we have cut through post tension cables, conduits, electrical lines hundreds of times due to the client not doing a Concrete Assessment with Ground Penetrating Radar beforehand. The customer took the chance and rolled the dice only to come up with a expensive emergency repair. One particular instance we cut through a conduit on in a parking garage only to take out all the parking lights on the entire floor.
